Does this Gemini

I have known this Gemini for about 2 years and we see each other not that often we volunteer together and ever since May we have been volunteering more and more on the same days and something is just different.
His actions are different from his words, he always wants to partner with me,he touches my back and neck, he stares at me allot, but doesn't smile when he stares, sometimes he does and sometimes he doesn't. When we are horsing around with other workers he always starts poking and messing with me first,we just get along really well and have fun, which has caused me to develop a little bit of feelings for him.
But his words say otherwise, hes always talking about hot girl this and hot girls that, and when he was talking to a mutual friend of ours who was asking him if he wanted more girls he said "I have enough girls numbers in my phone", and he doesn't have my number and has never asked for it, he has played a game on my cell about 3 times and hasn't put his number in my phone, I told myself if he didn't put his number in my phone there is a good chance ho doesn't feel the way I do.
To add to the doubt our 6 month break from our volunteer job started this past weekend, on Saturday he stared at me and was poking at me but when it was time to leave he just left didn't say anything.

Does he just see me as a friend?
I don't know how to act when I see him again? I have another opportunity at another organization that could use me more and I'm debating to switch because I know I have feelings for him and unrequited love is painful I would love to avoid it. I don't see these feelings going away if he doesn't feel the same.

Usually the object of my affection won't know it as I become more silent and aloof, nerves. lol. I share the same placements from sun to venus and can be shy sometimes; a lot depends on my moods and the space I'm in at the moment.

But generally I won't approach you about anything resembling feelings for you unless you probe and then I'll probably admit to liking you.

But be careful gems are really playful and flirty and like to make people happy so you might want to just ask him and get it over with. The comments I'd be concerned about are the ones about hot girls, but that could be a guy thing. What does he actually say about them?

He always says he went out dancing or went to a club with these hot girls and the bouncer instantly let them in because he was with them, he also says well hot girls can all do this and that, he has never called me hot so which also adds to my doubt.

You both seem pretty young so sounds like he might not want anything serious and likes hanging out with them rather than dating anyone. Just continue to be your playful self as gems like to joke around.

But him not saying anything to you is not a clear indication of his disinterest in you. Have you said anything to him? If not maybe suggest a group event rather than anything one on one if you can wait 6 mths until you see him again. But why would you?

I'm 22 and hes 18, and since he never gave me his number I have no way to contact him for 6 months, he doesn't have facebook or anything he is very anti social media.
