Why do gemini act like there head over heels then choose to become distant especially when we have been knowing each other for three years. He claims to want a commitment but he acts distant sometimes. He also came back into my life after i saw him out on a date with a girl. We were sat directly across from each other a the restaurant and he spoke to me my kids and neice while his date looked pissed he even came to my table and touched me on the back and rubbed my arm while she hurried out of the restaurant.He also took me to meet his mother on the third date and i met his best friend on the second date on the fifth date i met all his coworkers at a gathering for his job.ON THE SIXTH encounter I met his daughter. Please help im single and i have been for three years i was in a relationship for 16yrs with my kids father whise a total ass. I FEEL I DESERVE A GOOD PARTNER I DONT LIKE THE DATING SCENE.

I jumped into a 6 year relationship after my divorce but have been on my own for 5 years now. I was really falling for this gem, wish id never met him now. I know i deserve better. It sucks alright cos he is the first guy in those 5 years that ive really liked. Damn him. Maybe you should steer clear. Im probably abit older than you and feel like im running out of time really but i would rather be alone than with an ass.

why dont you take this up with him. let him know you wont stand for bullshit and see where it goes from there, because the only advice you're getting so far is from people who dont understand geminis, and if you take their advice you're going to destroy the relationship with said person.

Wow Thanks Guys i just wanted to see other points of veiw on the matter @westside great advice I know i just feel when we talk he hes direct but his actions dont back up his words because he acts distant and goes cold as if nobody else wont scoop me up. I told him I was going on vacation to jamacia with another friend and he said I dont think so that makes no sense were working on us you cant do that but hes now acting distant wth.

To westside i was being alittle sarcastic about the "great advice" i mean cmon you are all of 18, not much worldly experience there.(not trying to be mean here just realistic) Ive found that the strangers on this site have been great. Nothing better than first hand experience. I dont think anyone fully understands the gems in this world, they dont seem to fully understand themselves.
Im learning alot from reading others stories. There is always something to learn no matter what age and learning through your own experiences or other peoples is a great way to learn lifes deals.

No i dont think so . I was married to one for 15 years. He was very straight up, honest about his feelings. Not very verbal with them but showed in his actions. A real control freak though, hence me leaving in the end
