HELP : What do I do?

Okay so a while back I was involved with a Libra man..
Him : Libra sun / Virgo Venus
Me : Gemini sun / Taurus Venus

He was more serious about me than I was about him and I kept telling him to give me my space & time to fall for him more
and then we'll make 'us' official but he wouldn't listen and he would get emotional over it and complain about how I don't care about him blah blah lol anyways so we parted ways...

He's still not over me 3 months later and he keeps on reminding me and telling me how he wants me
He doesn't leave me alone, he tries to guilt trip me and all that...

In all fairness.. I was sorta playing games.. and I feel bad... but now there's this girl who likes him and he wants to use her as a way to forget me, lol he told me to tell him my final answer (so he can reject her n be with me) before he says yes to her ;/

I was being immature I know that.. lol
but I want him to get over me, I try to keep my distance but he just doesn't get it.. but it's still not right of him to use the other girl as a rebound because she really does like him. . . ugh weirdness !
