Hmmm...what is your work relationship? Is there anything he could gain in the workplace by figuring out your strengths and weaknesses? Does he "drill" everyone, or only you?

its hard to say , i dont see him questioning anyone, but then again he only questions me in private...... i tried asking if he does it to the other coworkers and hed shrug it off.... kept saying he finds me interesting

and no he has nothign to gain.... hes the new assistant manager, im just a part-timer

Maybe it's different as I am a female Gem, but I drill anyone who I find interesting, with questions. It does not mean that I want to be with them, it just means that something about them caught my interest and I am exploring that at the time. He may be interested in you but that doesn't mean anything as Gems are interested in just about everything. lol Keep talking to him and see what happens. Here's a tip, if he starts telling you about himself, well, that's a whole new ballgame. Good luck!

I'll freely admit I'm that way. I rarely dig, though. People seem to fall all over themselves to tell me all their dirty laundry. I don't care about it, but if you're going to hand it to me on a silver platter, then I'm going to store it away, mentally, in case I need it later.

Info is just that, information. It might pass hands from us, but only in the intentions that it would help someone else in their endeavor... not with malign intentions.
