Please interpret my chart

Hi, Im a Gem male currently dealing with a difficult Cap I love deeply, but thinks Im immature. She says Im caring, too loving and responsible, but says I lack maturity. I have a good, extremely loyal heart..apparently we Gems are not very loyal, but I am. Im also a bit reserved and shy, though I open up and talk forever once Im comfortable with a place and people.
