It is too late for her yes. To describe this situation with a Chinese idiom:
You cannot cure stupidity. If you manage to cure it, that person becomes a child (or behaves in a childish way).
I have a gemini friend she is so much into astrology but not deep astrology .
She likes to go for sun sign only. At max moon sign. Well she blames her venus for relationship woes . When she is in generous mood uses her mars. When she feels lonely she blames it on 12th house. If she hates some guy she uses her ex's venus sign. Apparently she knows more about me than me myself because she happen to have 3 exes with my sun sign ,
She picks up guys at youtube under astrology channels , flirts with astrologers ,calls every one with sun sign , makes astrology jokes , and i can see her name in every significant astro website.
How can this madness be treated ?

Too late for what? She sounds like a DXP member...have her come here. When I came in here two years ago the importance was the "moon". I always believed in the "Sun sign" for compatibility; then it's the Venus (here in DXP). To me, having my birth chart interpreted by "Froggy" puts me at ease as she DIDN'T say, "You're compatible with a certain MOON and/or VENUS sign."
Your friend sounds to me as if she's the one who follows astrologers to bring her "luck". You cannot change her. It's like a woman who writes to "Serial killers" while in prison like Richard Rodriguez. This same woman was in court, she was infatuated with him (weird, I know), and married him. Sounds to me as if your friend is in a similar way infatuated with astrologers. How can this be luck if she already has exes (more than one)?
