This just worked for me, but my bodies is a lab project so.. 195>>>>>> 181 in two days.

running 2 miles a day
bike 30 mins lv 10 rolling hills
stairs 60 mins lv 7 fat burner
treadmill 30 mins lv 3 cardio
wear 3 layers of clothes
