Eye twitching or eye spasms is when your eyelid muscle contracts involuntarily which may result in a fluttering of your vision or an annoying eyelid twitch.

The primary causes of eye twitching:

??Lack of Sleep
??Stress
??Fatigue
??Screens(Comp/TV)
??Vitamin Deficiency
??Eye Strain
??Allergies
??Caffeine
??Pinched Nerve
??Medication
??Withdrawal
??Neurological Disorder

Treatment:

Eyelid twitching usually disappears without treatment. In the meantime, the following steps may help:

??Get more sleep.
??Drink less caffeine.
??Lubricate your eyes with eye drops.

yea, i'm a regular customer of eye-twitching probably from lack of sleep accompanied by eye strain...

The best remedy is really rest, switch off screens to reduce eye strain.

It's similar to being jumpy when you can't control your nerves, caffeine and other withdrawal symptoms *coughs*

yeah, the problem is trying to sleep when you have stupid insomnia 😢 *sigh*

somebody said to me that drinking milk stops eye twitches, I haven't tried it though.

I would just get a bottle at walmart or walgreens and start taking 2 or 3 a day and see in a few days.I promise it will work.
but don't take them all together at once for awhile....it will make you poop.

I have to take them everyday for a few problems I have.
