I found it pretty interesting. This is high value practice, mixing knwoledge from various disciplines, putting them in actual practice, the interface between planes, and more importantly the visualization on one's own body which will be the most difficult to some, because some people can see everything only in abstract/dialectical way and not in the present and concretely.

I have been practicing with similar practices but from different origins since forever, since before puberty, but more in a personal way and kept to myself because I don't like to share much and I am not a teacher.
