Some of y’all may be having problems “verifying” your email as the confirmation code never appears to be sent (even to junk folder) and the “contact us if this doesn’t work” link gives you an email address that never responds.

I was able to get ahold of “admin” however, and this was the advice they gave me to unlock my account:

“Hello,

Apologies for the inconvenience.

In order to use all the functionality of dxpnet.com, you will need to confirm the email address listed with your account.

1. Confirm the email address for your dxpnet.com account is correct by viewing your User Account page:

https://www.dxpnet.com/settings/account/

2. Visit the Confirm Email page to send a confirmation email to your email address.

https://www.dxpnet.com/users/confirm-email/

3. Check your email and open the email with the confirmation code (subject: "Your email confirmation code"; from: "notifications@dxpnet.com"). Follow the instructions listed in the email to confirm your email address.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, follow the steps below.

1. Check for the email in your spam or bulk mail folder.

2. If the confirmation email is not there, add "notifications@dxpnet.com" to your address book.

3. Log in to your user account.

4. Request a new confirmation email by going to the Confirm Email page.

Please feel free to reach out to us again if you have any difficulties in confirming the email address on your account.

Thank you for using dxpnet.com”

Hope this helps y’all like it helped me. I had to add the notifications email address to my address book and then it worked for me.

I had to do a search and pull from the original because it wouldn't send me a duplicate in order to verify but the original still worked for verification. Mine was in my archive folder somehow not even the junk. Or maybe it was newsletter I don't know but it was in an odd place.

I emailed them and got a response in less than 2 hours.

I didn’t receive any response 4 months ago when I couldn’t access my inbox 👀 Back then I was emailing staff@dxpnet.com. But yesterday I emailed admin@dxpnet.com and got a response 🤔

I use yahoo mail so after I delete a message it’s gone forever 😱

Do you take out your trash? On Yahoo you have to delete twice. Once from the folder you found it in and then from the trash can

A while back I had the same issue with the confirmation code not being delivered in spite of all the recommended steps I had followed. After months of playing cat and mouse with the site, I had no other option left but to reach to the dxp staff urging them to personally send me the confirmation code as nothing else worked. There were polite enough to assist me but it is just a nuisance to have to jump through all the hoops with zero to no results.

Yep, it’s clear it doesn’t actually work.

A wild goose chase minus all the fun! ;p
