My brother is a Gemini-you'd never know he did.

Sister is an Aries-you'd definitely know... lol

Boyfriend is a Sag-he's dramatic about stuff like that.

It's stereotypical. As an Aqua I would cringe in pain or fall on my ass trying to absorb the pain.
