Is anyone else a leo-virgo cusp?

If so, I'd like to learn a little more about it.

There's no scale back on my drama but I don't throw fits like most Leos do.
There will be once or twice a full scale opera of emotions overflowing like flood but they aren't anger,
I just call them artistic display of my emotions.
Of course I'm proud, most of the time I'm the center of the attention, irrelevant whether I like it.
I'm very together on the outside though. Imagine a Virgo demeanor and a Leo charm - that's best describe me.
I'm not shy, nothing to be shy about. But to the compliments of my loved ones I could blush and look away.
I like real, intellectual and honest people, people who know what they want, who knows the 'why' to their lives.

Virgos are held back, reserved, calculative and judgmental. I can be reserved to people I don't care to open up to, I'm highly calculative (which I can't help because I know my worth), but I'm not judgmental at all, I'm pretty easy going but not all are my friends. I like to do things without planning and be surprised with my discoveries. I'm also a romantic, which is the opposite of my realistic work approach. There is always a need for me to spread the seeds in the garden and watch their growths. I have high expectations of life and of the people I love.

Its frustrating sometimes because you see the traits in Virgo and in Leo and you say, hey that fits me, but in certain circumstances. Like a Leo is head on dealing with their emotions, while a Virgo would wait for the right time and cut people off. I find that I'm a Leo with passion and love and a Virgo with anger and sadness. Some say that's a healthy mix. I just say I don't fit in. I don't really cut people off though, I'm very optimistic about people. I'm focused but easily bored, but I've grown to create my own fun.

I like to know about things, about current events, history, art, everything and to experience things. No order is too tall for me.

I can relate to a lot of this. I'm very much a virgo a lot of the time (I mean, my sun and rising are in virgo), but I have a lot of the zest and drama of a leo. It isn't so obvious, but I'm much more open, spontaneous, and "fabulous" (as I like to call it) with people I'm very close too.

I think this is a really interesting cusp and combination of qualities.

Buttercup summed me up quite well!!! Im Aug 20. I have Leo Sun, Moon and Venus with an Aqua Rising. I always feel as if I am very unique. Unlike a lot of Leos that I know. I have the Leo personality with the Virgo calculation. I really feel like I can scale back my emotion very well once Ive let it flow. I think the fire in me makes me very expressive however once Ive gotten it out.... Im easily onto the next thing. I am very dramatic in my displays of emotion, however I have very little drama in my life. I think my Aqua rising affects my ability to detach very easily. Im extremely resiliant in emotional situations. My friends are always commenting on how I seem to overcome very emotional situations quite quickly. Especially on the relationship front. I dont cut people off very easily either, Im also optimistic of people. I do however have the abitlity to emotionally detach romantically and still be able to hold you close in my life as a friend. I also seem very together on the outside as buttercup mentioned, but those who REALLY know me, know the truth. I hold my friends very close and have few that I consider true and trusted friends, however I do offer my trust to many until you prove me otherwise. I tend to be disappointed by people often because I offer my trust so easily but I also attract some very very wonderful people that remain in my life for the long haul. Just the other day I mentioned that I seem to end up with a few douche bags every now and then because I give everyone the benefit of the doubt, however they never seem to stay around very long. I contribute that to the Virgo side in me, always summing ppl up that start to spark a doubt in me. My intuition about people is very very strong. Im usually eventually always able to weed out the bad seeds. Im not shy and nothing really shocks me and I strongly detest dishonest people. I can handle any truth over a lie.

yeps maams I have to agree with what said above. I's a perfectly wonderful combinations. Smart & sassy. And we look good, in person and on paper.

I find it funny that it's the leo-virgo cusp, but you can be on the cusp and be virgo, but you can't necessarily call it the virgo-leo cusp lol.

im a leo/virgo cusp august 18 and it true i can sometimes be dramatic like leo and then intelligent like virgo and then orangized like leo and then ciritical like virgo and then again picky eater like virgo but i love being on cusp

I'm bringing this back from the dead because I was reading about this cusp again recently and the one thing I've noticed is that no one can get the dates right. So, I'm going to continue assuming I am a leo/virgo cusper unless told otherwise. And the more I read about this cusp, the more I see myself in every bit of it. Mreow, baby 😛

I don't see much difference between the 'cuspers' and 'normal Leos'. I'm overly analytical, organized, and a picky eater.. and not a cusper. Honestly it's more of a Decan thing over a cusp. That and your elemental chart.

I have heavy Earth and decent amount of Water.. which brings me back to the 2nd sentence I stated.

And i have Virgo's eyes! But I'm Leo..... Virgo cusp.

I'm also leo/virgo cusp....August 23...always thought I was a Virgo until I had my chart done....Leo Sun/Virgo Moon...I can totally relate to both. I tend to go from introvert to extrovert....wanting attention to not wanting to be seen...it's so unsettling at times...always feeling "on the edge" so to speak...I guess that would make sense being born on a cusp...I wish I could just pick a side and stick with it LOL...it's exhausting!

I think the cusp mixture of Leo/Virgo is better than the total Virgo or Leo package.

I am so glad this post was created. I am also a Leo-Virgo at August 21st, 1985 8:16am.
I do not have the usual, boastful, arrogant qualities. I am missing most of the negative Leo traits. In turn, I look before I leap and analyze everything. I'm a Leo with drive who has the practical and analytical skills of a Virgo - A very deadly combination if you ask me. The major downside goes back to the looking before I leap. I don't have nearly as much self confidence as a typical Leo and I question myself a lot even though I may have everything goin for me. I'm also much more afraid of rejection than the typical Leo.

Can any other Leo-Virgos relate to this? Especially if you have a lot Leo friends?

Deadly combination of the two end of spectrum ... August 22 born here..
