Leo and Leo??

Hi there, Im very interested in a Leo male and we will be going on our first date on Wednesday night coming..........just wondering if any leos have had a successful r/ship with another leo, given we do like centre stage, are strong willed, etc.....can this work?

Ive come from being with a Gemini for 6 years and then a Libra for 1 year....both are air signs and so very wishy washy...Im really keen on somebody who has drive, determination and knows what they want and goes for it...being Leo, this is all there LOL.

Looking for any advice you can give as to how to make this successful. Much appreciated 🙂

I've seen two leo/leo relationships and they seem to just get each other. Only thing could be too much of the same thing can be rather boring..but to each their own. I am sure there are other planets in your chart working in your favour.

well thanks for that.....yeah after my past experiences? this guy is probably just what i need, if only for a while....the Libra sure made me question my worth by just being a jerk but hey, I cant blame him entirely, Im the one who fell for him LOL.

Where did I meet him? well to be honest, online...as much as I shudder to think of singles sites, I did it and well we've been chatting for a while and Ive only just come back from an overseas holiday for 3 weeks and there he was as soon as I came online there he was so I suppose it was a sign that I should meet him in person. He's a couple of years younger than I and he seems very genuine and its not one of those sleazy sites like lavalife or anything like that....he's been single for 2 years after a marriage breakdown, and now looking for the "real thing" but we shall see.....gotta meet him first to see for real. Its easy to write a whole heap of stuff online but meeting in person certainly gives a better indication of the person. He's not the sort to sit online all day and night and thats an even better indication to me because unlike Libra, who sat online almost 24/7 if he could, Leo wants to live life and Im up for that LOL.

Its the ego thing IM worried about because yeah, Ive got one too 😛 He seems quite balanced though but I'll fill you in after the date on Wednesday......Im hoping it goes well and I certainly am quite nervous as I dont normally meet people from online..yikes!!!

I know a Leo gal, she's a friend of some friends, and we don't know each other that well, but every time we meet sparks are flying. Crazy good chemistry and great communication between us despite the fact that we hardly know each other. Can't touch her though, she's friends with my ex. Even I have morals, despite what @missmorals says, lol

But yes, I think two Leos could have a great time together, don't know if that goes for marriage and stuff.

thank you and yes we kept it short til now....I really dont know all that much about him and hope to get to know him.....if he's the real deal, I'll find out on Wednesday night to start with. Not too keen on sitting online chatting for hours on end anyhow....and I dont think he's that way inclined either which again, is a good thing after Libra's addiction to it.

Chatz don't worry about trying to make it successful. let things flow naturally and as with any person you meet, don't look at him as a sun sign.....look at him as an individual.

my relationship is extremely good. i have a man whom i can be completely open with and show unrestrained enthusiasm and joy or anger or frustration.....anything. he listens, he wants to know me and i feel the same way with him. i have a lifetime friend in him.

it does help to understand him but i believe that comes more from knowing him as an individual. i have learned so much from him.

ok I met the Leo and OMG he is adorable....even better looking in real life than the picture...we had a nice evening, laughed, really got on well but neither of us have made contact but he keeps checking my profile and he must know I can see who looks at it......wtf?

I know we'll catch up again coz we got on so well but in the past Ive done the "thanks for the date, had a good time, hope to catch up soon, yada yada" thing....this time I refuse to.....its been 2 days and I know about the 2-3 day thing but Im not positive that it went as well as I'd hoped....he fell off a ladder during the day before we met and had 16 internal and 8 external stitches.....he couldnt have felt the best....I told him he should have rescheduled and he thought I wouldnt believe his excuse LOL.

I have gone and found a Cancer with leo moon and leo rising so I am a happy bunny now.

We went out on our first date yesterday and everything went well. Very touchy feely and plenty of hugs. Caught him checking out my arse as I was walking up the steps and he had a content smirk on his face..can safely say he approved..lol..Awesome guy. Well it is the season of Scorp/Cancer pairings so watch this space I guess..he's very leo in his demeanour though, but has the lovely affectionate side of a Cancer. Early days but a great start..

Really?! Wow...look at us two..hehe...Yes he's lovely. Theres no 2-3 day wait period after a date thing..he's already showing his mum my pics..we have been on the phone all day. He wanted to meet today as well but I am busy...He wants me to help him choose a car..so we will be driving up north somewhere..He phoned me earlier to tell me his best friends mrs had a baby girl and asked what he should buy her..so i told him..jeez..It's like we are already married!..But great combo..

What is your one like? I remember you saying he sulked a lot? I haven't seen any sulking with this one..known him 3 weeks so I guess it's early days yet.

Awww how wonderful to know. Yep he is displaying all those traits you mentioned above and also his actions are the same as your guy.
On the phone constantly wanting to know what I am doing..everytime I call he starts singing my name...so the other day he had me on speakerhone and his mum asked him who I was...and he laughed and said mum this could potentially be your new daughter in law!..awww shucks..

just got off the phone to him now actually..this is about the 4th phonecall of the day..he's gone to visit his best friends mrs in hospital..to see the little baby after I told him to go there and he's bought her the gift I asked him to. lol..so far so good

Thanks for that useful insight..nooo iam not having any kind of talks..he's the one tellig his mum and best friend..etc..he told his mum about me today seriously...and wants me to meet her soonish..oh my! it's ok..I am just going with the flow..but as you quite rightly said, as women that's exactly what we want in a man. Anyways, I am sure it will work out for the best. He's a totally lovely guy and I am sure I will impress his mum...she is the most important person in the world to him..that fills me with dread..I hope she's not too critical..I don't like being put under a microscope..as you know being a scorpio its usually us putting people under the bloody microscoe..but alas its his mother and I must be nice..He said she was more positive..so I am hoping she's just doing the motherly thing..gawd! Afterall it is her eldest and favourite son...No pressure then!

And I don't mind if the phonecalls go down to about 1 or 2 a day...thats sufficient..I don't mind even if its once a day..as long as I hear from him..I am rubbish at calling anyone so can't really talk...plus sometimes a little break is good.

Yes you are right..he is the sentimental sort...he was telling me yesterday that his best friends first son gave him a little card that he made himself to say "thank you uncle xxx for the presents, lots of love your big nephew"...and he got all mushy over that..bless him!...awwwwwwwwww...

And he's good at DIY and cooking also...his next door neighbour had a crisis with the car earlier and he phoned to tell me that he's going to fix it for them...Bless his cotton socks...always helping out a damsel in distress..rolls eyes..I think I will get all protective over him..i.e. let nobody take advantage..I would kill them!..

You go girlfriend...put those buggers in their rightful place!...And well done for sticking up for him...they respect you for it....my one said the other day that he could never do anything to harm me as he respect me too much for that...what a nice thing to say..I will always admire a man like that...and yes of course I would do exactly the same thing in your place..
