Libra and Sleep

I read once that Libras love sleep. This is very true for me. Of all the luxuries in the world ... sleep is probably my favorite.

I try to do a 16 hour sleep a couple of times a month. I love lying in bed, going to bed, staying in bed. Few things are so divine.

I love sleep and can sleep anytime day or night! I guess its just that we librans are lazy!

Yea we are lazy... sleep sleep sleep.. even lazy to get out of bed to eat food. 😢 Why are we so— read somewhere that libran brain works way too much when we are awake and thus we love to relax more... And another issue is when I was with my scorp gf. - I cannot sleep. Just kept on having sex till morning until we were damn tired.

Yep, I can relate to the need for sleep. It definitely has to do with re-charging the batteries.

However, most days when I want to lie in bed, the "guilt" fairy walks in and spoils things. There's always something that needs to get done so I end up foresaking the sheets and jump in the shower (bath actually, if there's anything I love more than sleep, it's a good bath with my votive candles lit around the mirrors, YUMMY)

I prefer bathing as well Librat. I love the whole ritual of it. I rarely take showers.

thelibran - I can related to sex versus sleep. It takes special people to really get how to have sex with a libra. When you find one, you just don't want to let them out of bed. I love when you can find a lover who can waist entire days in bed.

well gosh,i hate to upset the apple cart, but i am not like that about sleep. i dont care about sleep and usually get up very early, even if i am out drinking until 3AM. My sister is a pisces and i get very annoyed at her sleeping habits..she sleeps until 2PM on the weekends and i think that is such a waste of a day.

My ex Libra bf and me always slept in bed all day when we were together. While other signs would complain how lazy i can be. but with my ex Libra, he understood me and slept with me too! 😛 Perfect! I love sleeping alot and alot. as much as I can. Anywhere and Anytime. I think most Libran have a problem of coming late to work. Im definitely one of them! 😄

But you're not really lazy. Loving to sleep doesn't mean you don't love to do other things too. My bro is a Libra and he sleeps anytime, wherever he is. If he's tired, he takes a nap. He works so hard, puts so much energy on what he does that he needs to recharge and does it by sleeping.

Yes, I could sleep all day if people would let me! I need a good 10 hours sleep to function properly. I also need an 60-90min sleep in the late afternoon if I want to stay up past midnight.

LibraHusband likes naps, when reading on the couch, more sleep than words digested. Does not like his sleep abreviated by late night emotional talks. I'm really glad to see that this is common. I'm scorp, rarely nap. Sleep after sex is best for me.

You may not think so for obvious message board handle reasons, but I love to sleep as well, after a long time up that is. I generally get 8-12 hours of sleep, but jeez, 16 hours would get me groggy like no tommorow, not to mention near impossible unless I'm high :p. I have libra in moon btw.

I would love to sleep!!! But I think too much that it's hard for me to even get in a good 4hrs of straight sleep! I have a problem with having to scrutinize every single thought that crosses my mind. It is very hard for me to calm my mind, which is much more active than my body... and this burns me out at the end of the day. Everyone always looks at me like, Why are you so tired—... Because I been thinking so hard!
Anyone else have this problem—

My moon is in Libra and I've always loved sleeping (I slept so much when I was a baby that my mother thought I had a health problem). 10 hours of sleep is perfect for me, but I'm a night owl and hate sleeping before 3 am so those 10 hours are hardly ever achievable if I have to get up early.

awww but you are depressed....

I have barely slept this week. Been out every night late. Yuck.

tomorrow though ... I am hoping to catch up!

I never know a Libra that was huge on sleeping, until now. The ones that were personally known to me in college (and still is), were so engaging, they'd call 3:00a.m. to 4:00a.m. in search of a party or popular evert on campus or work or the number of some freaks. I've always thought that the want or need for LOOOONG sleeps was something that was a favorite to Cancers and Pisces, mainly a "16 hour coma"...Damn!

Why is that i am not such a sleepy head? I had a hard time falling asleep and even if i am on bed i still think so much. I also wake up early than other people here. Therr are days i wake up late and i feel bad about it.. i feel like i wasted my time. Is this because of my Virgo in Mars?
