Going through a patch where I've got no energy...what do you do to regain some? Not big on pill popping although the occasional Vit B is ok. Need to inspire myself and there is plenty to do but cant be bothered right now!
Just feeling plain lazy!!! What ways do you use to snap you out of it?
Haha tried the speed....took one of my daughters diet pills and all i did was spend money faster!!! Have tried to get back to the gym in the last 2 weeks all I've been is one day!!
And I can't stand wasting time doing nothing...seems such a waste!
Coffeeee! Tea after & through out the day if needed. Yoga or some real good stretching, my answer to various ailments. It will make your body feel sooo good. Eating healthy. I eat more raw foods if I'm feeling the lethargy. And most importantly, get good sleep. Maybe your body is telling you to rest.
Other than that, I kudos Taste. Enjoy it while it lasts. It feels good to be a bum every now & again. 🙂
I'm in the Gold Coast TOC!!! Nevr heard of the clif bars but maybe a health shop may have something similar. I'm permanently dehydrated and find it hard to drink water except when working out but will try and give it a shot thanks 🙂
I went to the gym this morning, didnt really want to and had plenty of water and then fruit and yogurt for breaky. So I'm feeling alright today...wonder how long the energy kick will last til I feel sluggish again.
I guess it's just about pushing yourself when you really dont feel like it!
I agree with everyone else about the excersize it wakes the body up and calms the libran mind down.
If your having trouble pushing yourself up the best energy suppliment I have come across is 5 hour energy. Its a little 2oz shot of b vitamines and has bo caffine. It gives you that pump similar to when you get in that groove working out and doesn't bring any jitters like cofee or energy drinks. It really lasts 5 hours too so take it in the middle of the day at the latest.
For me the mental drain of being lazy is a lot worse than the physical lazy feeling itself and its easy to get in a rut.
Thanks Guys, cant get the clif bars here but spoke to the local health shop and all they could offer is protein bars or chia seeds. The seeds I will start taking again. She picked up on a few different things when asking questions, I have a craving for sweets at the moment which is abnormal for me but also about 2 months ago I totally went off drinking. Wine was an almost daily ritual for many years and with that no apart of my diet my body is re-adjusting in a sense, hence the craving for the chocolates and sweets.
I'm working out at least 3 times a week and that has helped too.
Don't know about those 5 hour energy shots but she did recommend anything with guana and I've seen those in shots so will also give them a go.
