I'm cancer and she is libra I don't know what should i do...she is really hard to understand...she was the one to fix the date and after our few dates she told me she loves me and now when i have got feeling for her she says we are only friends...and the main thing she always calls me when she needs me when she have to go here and there...are Ibrians selfish—we even had a couple of fights and i guess friends dont fight...and yeah she have even gifted me a nice watch which was her brothers and befo we we use to text each other all the time and now she doesnt replybthat much...REALLY CONFUSED pls help me

Immature ones, yes. They will manipulate and use people like there's no tomorrow if they get something out of it, and this is what's happening in this dude's case. They will totally keep themselves in some fucked situations if it means they get something out of it. Once they have what they want, or find someone else to transfer this behavior to, you're just a passing thought.

With this dude, she rushed in, typical Libra fashion, proclaimed feelings that weren't necessarily true (whether she was aware or not), and has now decided she's really not that into him, but will keep him around because he's willing to do things for her. She really has no interest in this dude other than being her own personal assistant in life.

I sense you've been around quite of few these ladies. Libra's depending on the type, can tough tough cookies. So fickle and you pretty much said this but I'll elaborate further. They'll just suck whatever they can out of ya as long as you delight their fancy or whatever. They can be real charmers so it's always precarious situation with them. Mysterious in their own weird way..
Yeeeah, pretty much.

The other day, a friend of mine admitted that she's practically whoring herself out (no actual sex, just offering her companionship) because the guy is willing to help her for free with a professional service. Now she's all uncomfortable because he's gotten the wrong idea and wants to be "paid" in sex. I was smh because I warned her this was going to happen. But she viewed it as some sort of business transaction of sorts and now, once again, the dude has other ideas and she's in a really awkward spot. All because she wanted something for free.

The kicker is, she's not a bad person, she just does not look at the big picture or the potential ramifications of her actions. This is something I've noticed with a lot of Libra women. Very narrow minded view of things at times, mostly when it comes to total outcome.

In regard to "sucking what they can out of you"- I also used to have a work friend, who, once she worked her way up into basic management position that she wanted, she suddenly had no use for me anymore and was "schmoozing" with the other managers more. I'd served my purpose for her while she was "one of us" and couldn't be bothered with me anymore. It's like wow, you lame whore haha. I was her "stepping stone."

There was also another one that I befriended because everyone was stupidly mean to her and made fun of her weight and all that crap. She seemed nice enough so I took her under my wing for a bit as things got a bit more stable around the workplace social group. The chick flipped a bitch and turned on me over a perceived slight and started talking shit about me all over the work place, sharing personal things we'd talked about, etc. Of course, this was only done once people finally were nice to her and accepted her. I was her "stepping stone" as well.

My experiences, plus all the others that I hear, have too much of a pattern with this type.The shitty ones are very much opportunists and users for sure.

I'm sorry OP, but the others who've provided you feedback, are most likely right. She's simply using you. How old is she? She sounds young and immature. Do you really want to be with someone like that? Who only calls you when she needs something from you?

And how does her giving you her brother's watch mean she must really like you? Does her brother know she gave you his watch? Is she too cheap to get you a new watch? What's the significance of this?

My brother and I would constantly facepalm in regard to my Libra mom and how she handled her matters. Very narrow minded/naive outlook on things. She was never prepared for worst case, just was so fixated on the current situation and never thought about the long term outcome. So when the shit hit the fan, she's panicking and doesn't know what to do. This is something we observed the entire time we were growing up and into adulthood with her.

It amuses me that Libra is touted as a logical sign, but I'd have to disagree. I know of many who are logical souls and have their shit together. But I know more who aren't. But it's not surprising coming from individuals who prefer to see life through rose colored glasses and avoid unpleasantness of any kind like the plague.

I only have disdain for this dark, shitty side we see all too often. They're generally cool people when this nonsense isn't getting in the way of interpersonal relationships. For example, my Libra friend drives me nuts, but she's generally a good person. My mom was the same way too. It's those iffy tendencies so many seem to be guilty of that get in the way. Hers caused a LOT of friction in our family after my dad died. It's like she'd lost her grounding and went kinda AWOL.

...my family life wasn't THAT rough. Just noticed a big change in my mom and how she fell to the "bad" Libra tendencies after my dad passed away. It caused more stress if anything- all that passivity and the like. It was just very frustrating playing logical adult to your own parent at times, you know? But whatever. It's all done and over with, so meh.

Some Libra women will test and test and test, which from the outside world may look like that. It is their way of being reassured if it's real or not. Cancers are intuitive...he would know if she was using him. The age difference isn't that much. As libra women are late bloomers.

He may not be giving her the emotional security she needs to balance her scales so she is testing him in other ways. If he would just open up emotionally and say "I love you too and I don't want to be friends" it would settle her down..
This person is pretty much on point. We Libra women love everything to do with love and will dive right in. But then later will sometimes regret our discussions. If a guy has showed he is not emotionally there, or just does something we think is off, we will not give you 100% us. While also not trying to hurt the guy's feelings. The age difference is nothing. If you make promises, KEEP them. We will test you just to see if you keep your word. When you don't, that's when we get the "Ok, he's with the bs so forget him attitude."

So I'm not a Cancer, but I love you guys. I'm a Leo with Mercury in Cancer. Some of the people I've been super close to have been Cancers (which is no small feat). That isn't a Libra thing, that's her Scorp Venus that has to know everything about a person first. Scorps are notorious for wanting to know everything about a person because they're paranoid as fuck and suspicious of everyone around them. Scorp Venus is a shitty placement to deal with in love and romance if the individual is an immature asshat. It's very difficult to deal with if the individual in question hasn't matured.

In this topic, the OP is clearly being used by an older woman who doesn't have her shit together. He's already gotten the answers he needs, but he refuses to see logic and is just going to get used by this chick. Cancers and Libras really aren't an ideal match. I suspect she met him. Was in lust with him and now that she knows him better has decided he is not for her. Pretty common thing really. That is what dating is all about.

As for Cancers and Libras, I don’t get water signs. Scorps I am okay with because of the ajoining sign sympathy but Cancer? Pisces? Forget it. When I have a misunderstanding with someone and have no idea where they are coming from they are almost always a water sign – usually cancer – or someone heavily influenced by water. It is as Chuck says. It is like they are talking a different language.

There is a woman at work who I REALLY respect and admire. I could not think higher of someone. We are great when we are talking about work and work very well together but when we need to make small talk. I got nothing. We have zero common ground. It is a shame. She is an awesome person. We just don’t connect. And yes. She is a cancer. (Mind you I am all fire and air with a tiny drop of water in my chat so that does influence things.) I respect and admire her. I just can't connect to her.

Noh. I have sized you up in minutes and know if I am attracted to you and a hell of a lot more about you then you would like to imagine in a few minutes. The knowing everything about you before diving in is water sign stuff. Air is much more playful.
