Venus Romance

Ok, folks I'm in a lovey dovey mood today. BEWARE!

Anyway I remembered 2 men who displayed this in a way that I get (I don't really get flowers, chocolate etc). I am obsessed with details and people who pay attention. One of them is a Virgo, the other is a Libra.

I am on this forum to ask you scales to share the lovey doveyness and post stories where you romanced someone. For the people who are partnered up with Libras, post stuff also.🙂

My Libra story:

This Libra guy and I met through common friends. Since we started talking, we didn't stop. It went on for hours, days, months..a full year. All throughout, he basically lived at my place and I lived at his. People thought we were married. Amidst all that talk, it never dawned on us to fuck so..yeah lol.

Anyway..story goes like this.

One night at 2-3 am I get a phone call from him:

"Be in front of your apartment building in 2 minutes"
"This better be good"
"I'm drunk AND high. Doesn't get better"

I get in the courtyard with only my night gown on and I see him SWING this huge branch with magnolias

"This is for you!"
"Some tree is sad somewhere"
"It compliments your skin"

He then proceeded to pick each flower apart and embroid it in my hair. The ones that he couldn't he just swung the branch above my head til there was a rain of petals falling on me.

"See? Now I fixed your hair! It looked..not that good"
"...thanks. It wouldn't be you if you didn't say that"
" Awwww you're blushing. Your pale skin actually has a red tone to it!!!"
"...yeah. This is awesome man, I have no idea what to say"
" Don't sweat it. I have to scram anyway"

Before I could say goodbye he was off dancing and singing.

I was standing there in a shock at the awesome moment that just occured. I remembered telling him early on how my grandmother had this magnolia perfume I loved. I only mentioned it once in passing. For him to remember that..wow. Just wow.

Did you ever read the cosmic coupling book? I've never read it better pinpointed it than there. I was like "ughh this lady is keeping a close watch on all libra-virgo pairings lol"

It basically said the biggest challenge is to make the transition from friendship to love and we both suck for not doing it lol.

OMG Twinkle..I love giving gifts 😄. They have to be precisely tailored on their taste though.

We were in Paris for 6 days. We placed a bet on getting hooked up with some french dude/dudette.

I didn't even look for it but it happened. he was so pissed offff.

i'm a virgo and my first love is a libra. he bought me flowers at the farmer's market randomly during his run. cute to think he had to run around with a bouquet of flowers. another time was when he bought me a skull necklace because he knew how much i love anything with skulls on them. he had placed it nonchalantly on his bedside table and immediately my first thought was maybe it belonged to some girl and he was cheating on me!! (scorpio tendency...) but later he asked me if he saw the necklace there on the table and that he saw it and thought how i'd like it and had to buy it for me.

ugh. nostalgia.

TBH I don't understand romance or charm. It baffles me.

Personally, I don't like flowers or anything girly. My ideal date is in a cemetery and I'm glad that happened with my fish.

Since Libra's are not known for being emotional and expressive with their feelings, this is a sure sign that his guy really likes you. Gift giving is one of the things Libra does to show how they feel about you and the more unique and personal the gift is, the more they are probably feeling you. We are truly givers by nature, and it's definitely one of the ways we express our feelings. I don't know about expressing so flow-fully while inebriated, but to each his own..LOL

As a teenager I organized a few friends to take turns helping each other romance our women. Chaz was a great saxophone player, Brandon played guitar and sang for church. We set up tables in the woods and cooked nice meals. Then one guy would bring his girl that evening. The other guys would create ambiance, candle light, sexy sax music, whatever we could. When dinner was over the date could do whatever and the other guys cleaned up. We had some great nights.

Imagine it without knowing the behind the scenes. Your guy picks you up and drives to some field or parking lot. You get out of the car and follow a path to a candle lit table in the clearing. His friend is there (in a suit, we were church kids) to serve drinks & food, another had some music going...

We were good. Haha.

I like to leave a lasting impression on people. I once heard, people may not always remember exactly what was said or done, but they will remember how you made them feel. If I see an opportunity to make someone feel good, I take it.

My aqua ex told me one time that she dreamed of touching a lion. A real, live, eat your face, lion...she wants to "pet" it...

I thought, "I can make that happen"

I started looking for people who had a lion to see if they'd let us pet it. Not many people in redneck USA have lions, even fewer are open to the idea of another person getting close to their lion.

I did end up talking with the large mammal expert at a local zoo/celebrity animal shelter. Of course she was hesitant but agreed to let us come work with her for a day. While there we were able to feed large brown bears, wolves, and various large cats. When we got to the lion cage the trainer told Aqua that she knew she wanted to touch one and we were gonna make that happen. She led one of the Lions down the length of the pen, as it passed us we stepped forward and we're able to pet it from shoulder to tail. It was a great experience for me and a literal dream come true for aqua.

We also fed some lions and we're just a couple feet away from their roar. You can feel the roar more than hearing it. It a deep rumble in your chest, it was surreal.

We also got to bottle feed some kind of rare Siberian baby bears that had just been born. That was kinda cool but I have kids already. Haha.

The group of teenage friends, one guy had a gf who was depressed and just down on her self all the sudden (some temporary home problems). In an effort to cheer her up we devised a corny scheme. He took her to the mall to walk (we did that as teen for whatever reason) me and another friend followed with a couple dozen roses. We'd approach strangers, give them one rose, quietly point out the gf, and ask that they deliver it to her with a kind word.

So she's all sad and walking through the mall with her bf. Random men, women, young, old, even kids, kept walking up and saying like "nice shoes", "pretty flower for a pretty lady", we got some little kid go run up and shout "hey beautiful" then he gave a rose and ran away.

Her bf knew but of course denied having any clue what was going on. The first couple times she prolly was kinda wielded out by it. After she had 15 roses and they just kept coming, she couldn't do anything but laugh and smile.

I once started dating a Libra guy that I new had feelings for me for few years. He wrote me a poem (actually a poem about me) on three sheets of paper.

My last gift to my guy, few weeks ago: he once told me, when we just met, that he adores Sylvester the cat from Looney Tunes. He is also in love with his Vespa (Taury love for his toys hehe)So, I painted on a big paper Sylvester driving Vespa, later on printed it on a t-shirt for him. He was beyond happy and touched, couldn't believe that I've remembered that one time he mentioned Sylvester. 😄

I like to give fun/funny gifts to make person smile/laugh and that actually have some meaning and importance to the person.

I adapted the rose thing years later for Aqua's b-day. I had several of our neighbors drop by the house in TX with a lily (her favorite) I provided and wish her happy birthday.

I came home from work like normal, we were sitting down doing homework with the kids and making dinner. The doorbell rang, she asked me to get it, I ignored her, she got mad and went to the door. She kinda flung it open and there's six neighbors singing happy birthday and handing flowers. When she turned back around from the door me and the kids were standing there, each with another flower.
