Hey there I'm a Libra male and interested in a Libra girl. We have been out on 4 dates together. I truly feel like we connect on so many levels, more so then any other girl I have dated. After are second date I told her that I liked her and left it at that. After our last date I attempted to kiss her. She turned her head, denying me of the kiss. The next morning I received a text message saying she has a lot of fun with me but feels like we are better off just being friends. Is this some sort of test to see how interested I actually am? or is this her way of trying to create balance. Our conversations are never dead, There is a lot of good eye contact. And it generally seemed like she was interested. We have both initiated dates or times to hang out. Please help! should I ignore her for awhile? Chase her? or Run the other direction?

If she's already "friend zoned" you, then that's pretty much it. Either you moved to fast or she's just not that into you, but she's being honest. However, it's possible that she may change her feelings later on. I say just back up for a moment and let her come back to you.

All I can think about is the Disney Hercules movies where Meg questions, "what is it with men, they think "no" means "try harder", and "get lost" means "take me, I'm yours".

Is this a test?...

Go for another kiss next time you see her.

She'll turn away again, of course, but it's all part of the game. She'll act shocked and remind you of her text saying ' just friends'. At this point she'll look to you for some sort of confirmation you "understand" (wink wink, nudge nudge).

Play it cool, this is another test!

Just say, "I know". Then go get that kiss.

...She tells you she just wants to be friends, yet you think it's a "test?" You're on the fast track to being a rapist, since they refuse to take no for an answer.

Why do people ignore the obvious in dating and relationships? :/
