Nah I'm a virgo. But I don't think caps are mean. That's just me though. I hear they get a bad rep. But pisces aren't TOO emotional to me either. They are emotionally in sync, which I think is very stable. Cancers are bit too emotional for me, well the ones I have come across.

I DON'T HATE anyone, but Aries (mostly family members)I pretty much have a love/enmity attitude towards. On minute we're getting along harmoniously and the next minute we're at war. It's the strangest thing, and I can't explain it, but I love them to life.

I typically try to love everyone. I also realize that there's a lot of assholes under every single sun sign (try to avoid those)
