Who will win in an argument: Aries or Libra?

I'm taking bets right now between my Aries manager and my Libra coworker.

They get in fights daily. Libra likes to complain. Aries likes to bully people. Libra thinks she's the best in the team with average performance. Manager wants to fix the process that isn't broken.

In general, I don't like either. And neither one is a performer. The aries manager gave libra a bad review based on everyone's feedback regarding her work. Aries manager is stupid for telling libra which projects he had feedback from instead of keeping it anonymous and making the feedback constructive.

Who do you think will win the argument when they get in the meeting room during the performance review session?

Aries and Libra couldn't be more opposite isn't it? I know the libra will fight to death with the aries. Just knowing her personality. But the aries is an ass kisser to management.

Everyone just voting for themselves. Very scientific.

I won't go deep into it, but likely Aries. Simply because they are more willing to fight, and don't get me wrong, Libra are willing to fight too, but not willing to lose. Because of their image and standards, Libra is more likely to shut up and walk away, and act like that move was a win in their book. Though in many cases it wasn't.

This is honestly tough for me to answer. I'm putting myself in a 1v1 vs both signs, but feel the Libra is the easier match. Simply because they are more likely to agree to disagree, while the Aries is 100% ready for actual battle. I'm not saying libra are weak, because in a true blind rage they are literally worse then every other sign imo. If a libra wants to fuck you up, its over. Its literally hell on earth at that point. Though this is completely based off astrology bias, and nothing more.

They both should be fired for acts committed that's unbecoming of a company employee. Arguments, bullying and complaining are unproductive and will never generate revenue.

As a libra rising I want to remind u that working is boring especially in collaboration with other ppl all our work is slavery who could done it by other goof. The real purpose of work it’s too leave early

Especially with a Gemini. Geminis tongue is sharp as a blade and yes that goes for the quiet gems too so I'm not excluding myself out. I've seen it happen.

Yeah because once Gemini realizes they're losing the argument they bring out the sharpener for their tongue and start slicing and dicing you to death. They can't stand to lose an argument so out comes the insults. It's sad.

Yeah I think the only way to win any arguments is just walk away. I'm liable to say something I'll regret for the rest of my life. I don't want to carry a guilty conscience to my grave.

Today they had an argument again over the smallest thing: do we have a one on one meeting or do we invite the virgo coworker?

They really can't agree. Libra wanted to invite the virgo coworker. I think she feels safer if someone is around to witness how aries boss treats her. And aries... Well being aries and trying to shove his authority to the libra said no. And that he's the manager so he's the only person needed in that meeting.

I have cheese popcorn today. Really waiting to see how things pan out.

I did give her an advise. I told her to sometimes say yes to the aries than saying no all the time because the aries feels like he's not being respected.

And as far as the aries... I did notice he has a attitude which I don't like. It's hard to respect someone who isn't a servant leader type. He's more like you do this and do that. Since he's not doing it himself, he sometimes cannot justify why he wants something done his way.

And why is the Libra complaining daily when she can just go straight to HR if she has serious concerns about her manager? Either go through due process and ask for administrative conference to sort this out once and for all or quit.

I agree that they both sound dumb.

In our business, before these two joined, everyone is matured. We barely get into arguments. People work and do amazing work if I may add. It was super peaceful and people have been in the company for 5 years at minimum. Some have been there for 8. I've been there going 3 years now. Management treats all of us like matured individuals. If we don't like something, we say it directly to that person so that one or both can adjust. However, these two.... I don't know what it is. But they just hate each other from day 1. Libra found out how much this aries is getting paid when he joined. She thought he didn't deserve his salary as he's new in the space we're working in. Although, to be fair with the aries, he is older than us. He's been in a management role before.

Now regarding his management style , I question it myself. He doesn't coach at all. He tells people what to do. The other day, he's been telling people what to do and when we got to the client meeting today, his part of the job basically was fucked up. He got his part of the job all wrong. But he spent time telling all of us how to to our job when we actually don't need it. I understand that it must be hard being a manager in a new company. He wants to prove himself. He wants to have authority. And Libra isn't letting that happen.

Libra has been a complainer since she joined. She had complaints about the salary because she thinks she can get paid more elsewhere. Management told her that if she can get mroe money in another business, she's free to go. But she hasn't left yet. So imagine how angry she was to find out they hired our manager and he will get more money than her when her request for a salary increase had been declined? Unfortunately, she spent more time complaining than actually mastering the job. So, she's not the best performer in the team and she ends up being the aries' punching bag to demonstrate his authority.

Now you can maybe understand how hard it is to be an Aries with Libra Rising. I sometimes want to stand aside and eat popcorn while the two sides of me fight hahahahahahaha
