Yes he's a immature libra and he's not ready to take you on , move forward and don't look back . Coming from a libra that used to be afraid to take the next step.
Yeah I had to nip that crap in the bud. I'm now the cold girl in the circle but I refuse to let that drag on.
But what are they thinking —is it the history and comfortability they have that makes them go back to the same person vs someone new? I've had this happen w 2 leebs no other sign . One started in highschool would go back and forth with me and another girl but no matter what would always come back to me I just eventually got over him and even today he will randomly pop up in my life trying to rekindle things and this started about 10 years ago . This other libra we were casually dating sooo into each other but we were having fun so I didn't care about getting too serious then he randomly disappears and pops up .our chemistry is very intense and he acts very into me then I find out he has a pretty long term girlfriend but they fight and break up A LOT and every break up im the rebound he goes running to . He's even used me to throw in her face .sucks because besides that he's like my dream guy haha. I haven't talked to him in almost a month and there he goes texting me all day asking if he can visit me and take me out meanwhile he just posted pictures with his girlfriend over the weekend ./:

Last time I was with him we went out to a neighborhood bar and she showed up they were not together (again) I'm not sure if he brought me there on purpose but that's what it felt like unless he just didn't care that she might show up. After that he asked me out a few times but I was too busy and moved to another state. Week goes by and on fb they were back together he texted me a few times then i just stopped replying . Yesterday after a month of not talking randomly asks me out .
