Will a libra verbally or physically show he is interested?

I met this cute guy and am confused with how he has been behaving towards me over the past while. When we first met, he had a hard time making conversation with me - both of us were too shy (oops). After meeting him, we didn't talk but he kept looking at me, and he has tried to get physically closer to me (sat next to me when we first met and walked right next to me another time after class). Then we met up again, and he acted so weird around only me and was like his regular self with everyone else. He bragged about random stuff and later on when he saw me again, he avoided me. I thought libras would be more obvious if they were attracted to you or if he wasn't interested, then he would act like himself. He has female friends and has no issue making conversation and is relaxed around others. Not sure why he is getting shy with me? He has venus in libra and mars in scorpio, but i'm not sure what his ascendent is?

He likes you & he's pussyfooting. If there's a shadow of a doubt, he won't pull the trigger. If you like him, take the initiative 'cuz he'll just play the slow game until he's 100% sure.

Oh ok, so with libra guys the woman should pursue if interested? Or is there ever a chance that a libra man will initiate? I thought libras were more outgoing not shy =P

It doesn't exactly apply to all Libra guys, but it does in this case. I would say Libra women are more outgoing than Libra guys, but Libras in general do tend to be very sociable, but an outgoing personality doesn't mean they're going to take the initiative unless you're blatantly showing interest. Rejection is a blow to the ego & many of us don't like to risk that.

I am not the mouth piece for all Libra men - as cardinal sign - the sign of initiation and leadership a woman will definitely know If I am interested, and I leave no room for mystery, or doubt.

I think that you are assuming that because this man feels like he can't be himself around you that that means that he's romantically interested.

When a Libra is interested they do exactly what he did before came directly up to you and started communicating. If he's not doing that anymore you make him feel uncomfortable for some other reason outside of romantic interest.

I guess we all are different I have Venus In Libra, Libra Sun and I chase women. I will have it no other way. If a woman is pursuing I will lose interest indefinitely.

Ok so i'm confused. I know everyone's different but a libra guy with a libra venus and mars scorpio, what in general should I expect? A guy who pursues me or expects me to pursue him? Because he seems shy and has a hard time to verbally express himself to me but at the same time has shown some signs of interest through things that i think a scorpio would do more than a libra?? Like staring and trying to get into personal space. Any opinions?

What are your placements? Sun, Venus-Mars and moon?

Ask him to hang out with you alone. Go out to lunch together or something simple. If he says yes, he likes you. If he says no or maybe then he doesn't like you.
