@ ladybug, go get some help. Talk to someone that is a proffessional. That person is Not much of a friend if you ask me but you have got yourself in a little too deep and I think it's best if you seek proper counselling. I had experienced anxiety & panick attacks a few years back and going to a counsellor was the best thing I did. It taught me how powerful your mind is and how it wants to take control at times and how you need to be in control of it!
Closing yourself off to the world and feeling worthless is serious so please seek help straight away and disregard that silly persons comments.
