10 Day Meditation Retreat
Posted by SeraphCutenessI would love to do it. It may not be much about how many days it is, I have taken trips by myself and I make friends even though sometimes I'd just wanna be alone in a crowd. I know it wouldn't be the same, but I think it's an experience that will help me.
I did one in a convent for three days here in Ireland. It was run by nuns but not particularly religious.
I have also done one day new age spiritual ones.
Honestly would recommend. Choose your length etc for yourself it's not a competition. 🙂
