I am having this problem with my boss or would I say" supervisor".
I have been working for the state for the pass 11 years. My supervisor is new to government agencies being that he came from the corperate world. He is the financial officer and I'm right under him as a billing specialist. When he first came on the job, he didn't no duddie squat about insurance. Least to say, I schooled him on everything on insurances. Most of it was basically surface data and not much of the details because he would then have to get in and actually do it. Now he is acting like he knows everything and feeling privilage to babysit my decision making and job duties. I work with him and not for him. Does anyone find that you have some people who tend to wanna be respected by their(titles) positions etc....and not respected as a person in a position?
