I have copies of my own and my children's Michigan birth certificates, and got new copies when my daughters were grown and needed them for themselves... the ones I went down to the courthouse and requested last year look VASTLY different from the original ones I have from 18+ years ago, and even my youngest son's from 11 years ago looks different from either style . Same information, totally different look. Computers and computer programs have further changed things.. information is stored the same (in a file) but printed out according to whatever style , print, ink and paper they're currently using, then stamped, sealed, and certified as a true copy. It's NOT simply photocopying originals anymore -- as evidenced in my own family's certificates.

THAT is how experts can tell if the document is faked.. because counties change the look of their issued COPIES every so often, so MY certified birth certs issued in 1992 do NOT look like the ones issued in 1999 or in 2010. In your example photos, Nordyke's was issued (as a photocopy of what they kept on microfiche, an outdated system now) in 1966.. and Obama's was issued in 2011.. hence, they won't look alike. IF they looked alike, THAT would scream FAKE.

Also look at the real BC its number on the top left is less than obamas and obama was born a day before this person obamas should be lower. You are looking for evidence that doesn't exist. If someone would have gone to such great lengths to perpetuate such a scam, the small details you mention would not have been missed. It would have been perfect in every way. If anything, such small issues reinforce the authenticity. The world isn't perfect, it is perfection itself that needs to be suspected.

The second thing they look for is form revision # and date ... which is the second thing in question

Then they will look on an illustrator, since we are in the age of technology, to see if it has been layered ... which it has, numerous times. Since it has numerous layers = it's not an orginial docuement.
