Posted by Ram416I didn't think it was a NEED. It was more of a WANT. Those guys made me feel comfortable with and around them. I felt that there was a genuine friendship formed, with Alpha Phi Beta to say the least.
Why do you need to be part of a fraternity?

Posted by Ram416It felt good/awesome. Besides, I was an incoming freshman then. It's like having friends without even trying to.
so why do you want to be in a fraternity then?

While the leader of Sigma Rho toured me around Quezon City and offered to treat me for a snack at Pancake House, I found the Alpha Phi Beta brods more comfortable to be with. I was almost swayed to join them since they told me they don't use physicals.
But the moment one of them slapped my face, I decided not to pursue the admission rites.
I still do not know what would have happened to me if I joined. One of my closest friends at UP College of Law eventually became Alpha Phi Beta's Lord Chancellor. We're so close we still chat on FaceBook.
The idea of brotherhood in law school still fascinates me to this day, already a few years after graduating, and it'll be a lifelong "What if?" on my part. I will always wonder.
