I can't get my picture to show up?

Am I doing something wrong - I have uploaded 2 profile picture option however neither show up??

It takes a long time now. At least it seems to for me.

There's also a limit to how big the file can be. It was easy to change when I used to post from a desktop. Some stuff like that isn't so easy on my phone so I don't mess with it no more.

I'm doing it from a desktop. I tried a few weeks ago and nothing and still doesn't seem to work. I'll see if I can find a smaller picture! Thanks
