sure; she was in the wrong for stealing and shouting around like that; i would have walked back into the house instead of pouring oil into the fire .....it's just a plant with dog piss on it probably ...—

cant tell, looks like the lady felt she owned the whole plant but i think for the most part ownership stops at the property line, presumably marked by the fence. the lady picking the rhubarb might actually be in the right. but, it's hard to care about rhubarb in a remote part of the US. could be the lady was more angry at the idea of trumpy looking people coming up to her property line than "stealing" rhubarb. I bet she could take care of the problem by just trimming the plant so it doesnt grow past her fence.
