The nerve endings would remain the same in both big n small breasts. So in smaller ones the sensitivity more..So while the breast (especially the nipple and surrounding) is an erogenous zone..depending on how sensitive it is..too rough or overstimulation may be uncomfortable especially for smaller breasts...however, when done gently smaller ones are more easily aroused.
