This one posted on of my favourite web site (taken down by fucking TPTB) some years ago. Copy it??_and treasure it.

I??ll repost it again because I believe??_ it is still called Merry Christmas

On the way home last night, I was listening to the radio when a newscaster called his little 91 year old granny to talk to her about the 'Holidays'. He mentioned that he had noticed that Christmas has become so 'politically correct' that no mention of Christmas is made by most retailers, we now wish people 'Happy Holidays.'

His granny said she missed the Old Fashioned Christmas when everyone wished each other 'Merry Christmas'.

I thought about it and agree...so this year I will be making a conscious effort to wish everyone Merry Christmas...my way of saying that I am celebrating the fine tradition of Christmas. So I'm asking my email buddies, if you agree with me, to please do the same.

And if you'll pass this on to your email buddies, and so on...maybe we can prevent one more treasured tradition from being lost in the sea of 'Political Correctness.'

God Bless and MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone!!

I tell people Merry Christmas sometimes this time of year - but, more often than not I just say "enjoy your holiday" no matter what holiday it is... Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July... bit whoppty do! But it's not a real sentiment anyway - I hate holidays and everything that comes with them (other than my day off of work). Big to do about nothing and money to be made by those who already have billions! It can't be soon enough for Christmas to past - after all, it started like 3 months ago. Jan we'll have valentine's sentiments, Feb will be St Patty's day overlapping Easter. Then at least we get a break for a couple weeks anyway before Memorial Day crap/sales abound. Oh let's not forget how that just runs into 4th of July then we have Labor Day which brings us back to the start of Christmas which clearly begins before Halloween and Thanksgiving. I'm going to go find a cave and just stay in it.

I think it's politically correct to make a conscientious effort to not be politically correct. I mean bill oreilly wrote a whole fucking book to tell people what they should and shouldn't do in the realm of his "culture war" so technically, doesn't rallying against "political correctness" make you an equally enormous gaping hole from which shit springeth forth?

If I choose to be culturally sensitive, if companies choose to be all-encompassing, how the fuck does that stop you from saying and doing what you damn well please? Freedom of speech is granted to you in most "civilized" countries so what are you whining about? Oh, I know. It's not really that this bothers you it's just that you have an us-them mentality and anything different from yourself must be stopped? Maybe it's your superiority complex eh? Damn Virgos. Oreilly's a fucking virgo too. Fucking bastard.

Happy Fucking Holiday Hanukkah and Kwanzaa Bitch!

Oh and *smooches* to my furry, Nordic Luvsicle.

Shrugs..

Tell them back —merry/happy winter solstice?? instead, it's probably more valid than —happy holidays?? because —holidays?? comes with the celebration of Christ's birth!

No Christ?? No holidays! Get back to work and shut the hell up if you don't like it..!

Muslims loves Christ and actually celebrate his B-day as well as Muhammad because he is a legitimate prophet of GOD, him and his mother has their own section in their great Qur??an!

The one here who??s get offended are joos which never accepted him in the first place!

Now.. what the fuck was that —happy Hanukkah?? again..??

Shove it to your butt and shut the hell up!

MERRY CHRISTMAS

From wiki:

The classical rabbis downplayed the military and nationalistic dimensions of Hanukkah, and some even interpreted the emphasis upon the story of the miracle oil as a diversion away from the struggle with empires that had led to the disastrous downfall of Jerusalem to the Romans. With the advent of Zionism and the state of Israel, these themes were reconsidered. In modern Israel, the national and military aspects of Hanukkah became, once again, more dominant.

In North America especially, Hanukkah gained increased importance with many Jewish families in the latter half of the twentieth century, including large numbers of secular Jews, who wanted a Jewish alternative to the Christmas celebrations that often overlap with Hanukkah. Though it was traditional among Ashkenazi Jews to give "gelt" or money coins to children during Hanukkah, in many families this has changed into gifts in order to prevent Jewish children from feeling left out of the Christmas gift giving.

While Hanukkah traditionally speaking is a relatively minor Jewish holiday, as indicated by the lack of religious restrictions on work other than a few minutes after lighting the candles, in North America, Hanukkah has taken a place equal to Passover as a symbol of Jewish identity. Both the Israeli and North American versions of Hanukkah emphasize resistance, focusing on some combination of national liberation and religious freedom as the defining meaning of the holiday.

See how these insignificant RATS gradually changing the fine (TRADITION) into their own shit ?? US suppose to be based on CHRISTIANITY and its TRADITIONS??_ what the fucking joos stuff string the shit there all along??

In Norway we say (God Jul)??yull?? and then celebrating the birth of Jesus along with, without bitching around!

Actually, it's the athiests who rallied against it but kudos to you for scapegoating God's chosen people...Jesus was one of them btw so technically, he would have celebrated hanukkah and would have been appalled at the notion of christmas and christianity. chrstians are in effect a bunch of pagans for breaking one of God's fundamental laws...thou shall have no other god's before me.

So in truth, fuck all of you merry christmas advocates. Christianity as a religion is a farce and Jesus would have no parts of any of you. In fact, god, the real God, is far more likely to smite thee but hey, you're not one of the chosen people so who gives a shit about what you all believe...or say for that matter.
