Haha hahaha, In our IT dept we had the answer to the 30 sec help call; as the person would start to explain their problem, before they could get the 2nd word out, we would say, "Shut up and reboot, if that does't work, call back in the morning" It actually worked about 80% of the time. Tee Hee hee (Most unkind I know 🙂 )
This man who owns a computer actually sues the guy who was in support department and wins for what this support department guy loses his job.
