Pretty sad, I think. There's no shortage of such stories. Day after day, week after week, year after year.

On the one hand, I disagree with Tommy's "just kill 'em" take on these stories, like the one's above,

On the other, I can understand the anger and frustration and taking them out, would be a kneejerk reaction.

The problem does NOT lie with moment a criminal gets into trouble, but following a series of events, and

missed child rearing opportunities that just preps the individual to be primed to commit a crime at his or her

own risk. The elder was ripe to defend himself.

Enough is enough. Stop the utter stupidity.

Fair warning: If you act like a wild animal, you'll be treated like one. You might even be "put down" like one

too.

Spare the rod and you'll spoil the child.
