Some movies and video games really don't need them. Some remakes just take everything that was so good about the original and just..... FUCKING STOMPS ALL OVER IT LIKE THE MOVIE NEVER EXISTED!!! Pays no tribute to the person that directed said movie and games, changes music, changes environment, hell they may just change the story to the point where you be like "Who the hell directed this shit and where can I get back my $ 12?" So I'll make a list of the worst re-boots I've ever watched or had to play through.

Douchebag extraordinaire Bradley Cooper ruined the "A-Team" film. Toolbox who can't act for shit, but the guy who played Murdoch was perfect.

"Daredevil" and "GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra" are among the worst films ever made.

POSITIVE SIDE: 1989's "Batman" provided the much needed rejuvenation for the comic book film industry that Richard Donner started in the late 1970's with both of his "Superman" films.

Am also a huge fan of the "Dark Knight" trilogy and most of the X-Men films. "GI Joe: Retaliation" was an awesome and much appreciated save for the GI Joe franchise.

Sam Raimi's "Spiderman" trilogy is excellent (Toby McGuire IS Spiderman, fools), whereas the new Spiderman films are super suck fests. Jaimey Fox as Electro? Yeah, ok....

"Green Hornet" was awesome, whereas "Green Lantern" sucked.

For me, re-makes and adaptations are a real mixed bag.

"Man of Steel" and "Superman Returns" were also rotten garbage.

The hierarchy at Warner Brothers should have consulted the genius of Richard Donner before pouring millions of dollars into the shitheads that ultimately made those 2 aforementioned "super" disasters.

Donner, like Jon Favreau's case with the awesome "Iron Man" film series, respected Superman as he is and gave us the 2 most extraordinary films about Kal El.
