suspiscion of abuse?

this is really about me jt so just throw off that blanket.
Okay, now.
we were sitting at the table. So my sister Alesia was mad at me for the blankets and putting them in the washer she had just acted like she was going to kick me. But then she didn't. At that point Karen tells me to sit up and get out of that position. Though I'm short i was turtling my head, slunshing with my arms and legs in tight getting ready to be hit.
A parade of questions to the end. If i realize that i have been there free to talk. I have done that all my life. That's something you learn, not from tv. my dad never noticed. I don't like to look people in the eye.
Any idea as to discover what could be abuse be it physical, mental, or spirtual.

okay, on the kicking it's the matter of undertanding she wasn't going to 'cause she hasn't ever hit me. the've always been slaps and hits nothing ever violent.

how to devise a plan to fiquire extacly when and what the abouse was. I think i have a good grasp on what is entales but it maybe something small and specific that was majorly abusing I don't know. and it bothers me. More so it's a way to learn about me and my behavoir.
