haha, that's pretty much my list too. i think i would add:
be able to speak EVERY freakin' language.

Play the piano and the guitar...I hate reading music though! I used to play the flute.
Im flexible but I wish I was gymnast flexible. I always thought that stuff was cool.
Fly a plane.
Knew more languages (fluently)

Most anything if I put myself to it, I can do. The thing I wish I had the ABILITY to do...

Have a better singing voice.
My inner rockstar unfortunately can only be summoned after many beers or if I'm alone in my car.
