Racism exists in the hearts and minds of X % of people of ALL races.
There are individual racists and collectivist racists.
"Individual" racists are those individual people who develop racially prejudice opinions based upon personal experiences with any one (or more) race other than the individual's own. They are NOT influenced by any outside source other than the individual(s) whom they had come in contact with.
"Collective" racists are those Groups of individual people who develop racially prejudice opinions based upon the propaganda against any one (or more) race other than the individual's own. They ARE influenced by any outside source other than the individual(s) or Groups of individuals whom
they had come in contact with.
Some examples of prominent sources of extreme racist propaganda are the KKK and White Supremacist groups such as the Aryan Nation, The NAACP, the Black Panther Party and it's "New" incarnation, as well as the Black Hebrew Israelites which believe they are descendants of Israel, but whom, like the others, have been observed espousing racial hatred. There ARE many others, of course and they each have allies in government, schools and in the the streets.
Racial Discrimination needs no introduction, but are acts and policies which seek to promote the rights of one's race while demoting another.
The silliness of the narrow-minded definition of the term "Hate Crime" is that it ignores the fact that ALL crime (stealing, murder, rape, lying, coveteousness, adultery, sexual perversions, etc., etc.,) are really, "ACTS OF HATE" by one individual(s) or collective group against another or against the Almighty, Himself. Indeed, Unforgiveness is a crime, not only against Peace but the Prince Of Peace, Jesus Christ, the Living Son of the Living God.
Until this world truly repents it's wickedness and truly forgives, everyone his or her brother or sister, 70 times 7 per day, there can be no love and no peace. Only Hate, which will only beget hate. Hate does NOT forgive and Unforgiveness is Hate.

To be honest rocky, which way is it usually when you hear about a racist act being carried out? It's whites doing the racist hating, correct? I would think that they are calling being racist towards whites "reverse racism". Just my thoughts.
