Right now, my weight is 133.8 lbs. Body fat is 21% or 28.1 lbs.
My target weight is 175.5 lbs and my target body fat is 8% or 14.2 lbs.
Target date of completion is March 8, 2019.
So far, I'm liking my gains. :)
