
So I have been at my new job for almost a year now and at the beginning I was getting more hours than needed but as months have gone by my hours have been decreasing and now they have decreased even more. The thing that pisses me off about this is all the extra hours I have been given are now going to someone else who was apparently supposed to be fired a month ago because of attitude issues towards not only other co-workers but the bosses themselves...just feels like a slap in the face and like I am stuck on what to do about this...I show up to work on time, do the multiple tasks I am asked as well as help others with theirs even though they are able to do it themselves anyways...I left my other job of 5 years because of verbal abuse from the new boss who was there during the last 2 years I was employed and because of the lack of hours...kinda regret it a bit now because I had way more hours there and that boss ended up leaving a month after I did...
