WHAT happened my home?! Last time I looked there were trees!

A Heartbroken Koala sits in shock for an entire hour, absolutely confused after having lost his habitat.

For the entire article here and here

(Heartbreaking, so much so it becomes a little funny, in a saddening way. Put yourself into the poor Koala's shoes, imagine the thoughts...le sigh, the challenges they must face)

They wanted CCC in the URL?

...or a secret encoding?

...or an underlying message that these occurrences exists like a disease, the destruction?

It's probably just keyword tags that make for more relevant Google search results. I would probably have included the chlamydia tag there as well, in order to draw attention to koala populations that are threatened by that disease.

Of course, I was simply being slightly tongue-in-cheek.

One word: Africa.

And because I am one of those nerds that find it necessary to look up numbers: 80.000 wild koalas. They are endangered.

Ever since I learned Koala's fight by biting each others balls off I do not find them cute anymore. Add to that them being snobby little bitches when it comes to food and it gets real hard to sympathize with them. They are essentially over-specialised and have trouble adjusting to a changing world...

That is not to say I do not find it a problem that habitat is being destroyed for whatever reason. I do. But there are a lot more animals that suffer more and get treated a lot worse.
