Cap Moons- Shade throwers?

Are Cap Moons known to throw shade once in awhile? Or maybe a little bit of a hater? My mom's a cap sun and she's always talking about people -- even her friends. I had a cap ex who always talked about people also, he was a hater too lol. So I have a fellow aqua colleague who has moon & mars in cap and she's really friendly, but occasionally i'll catch her making slight digs at me. it's not outright insults otherwise i wouldn't be around her, it's more jokingly innocent things that could be how she really feels but always w/ an "im just kidding" kind of attitude if that makes sense. When we're around other people (esp guys), I feel like she tries to make me look materialistic or high-maintenance by her comments. And I brought up my mom & ex because her actions kind of reminded me of the same habits & wondered if there was a correlation since she has the sun in moon & mars. Thoughts?

Yes some of them are extreme haters.
