Do you get energy from bordering Signs?

I have 02.37 degree sag moon. I was wondering why I'm a bit messy I also have 04.53 cancer mercury retrograde venus taurus 03.11 saturn aquarius 06.35 retrograde =...=

The closest I have is...

... 4 degree Leo Mercury: When I read about Cancer and Leo Mercury placements, I do carry heavy traits from both. However, I should also mention that there is a lot going on in my Midheaven, which in my chart is ruled by Cancer. My Mercury is also in this house.

... and 26 degree Taurus Mars: Again, heavy traits from both Taurus and Gemini Mars. The Taurus Mars is very interesting. It is 4 degrees away from being the fifth placement in Gemini on my chart. Two of those four placements are my moon and Venus, which are both planetary dominants, so it only makes sense that I relate to a lot of Gemini Mars energy. All five placements I just mentioned, are in house eight, which is ruled by Taurus. I find the Taurus Mars to be a rather fortunate placement in my chart as I am receiving a shit ton of energy from Gemini.
