How to lessen the stress of a Capricorn moon man?

Lesson the stress or lighten up? what do you prefer from ur close ones when u r under going alot of stress? what did they do that make you feel better apart from giving you some space? do caring words help? Thank you

Man idk..but my bestie is Cap moon...oooooh..they worry as if the world is ending.

I'll say just be there.. Ask them, if they say listen and talk to them.. Once they start talking - let them talk...they will rant and rant. Motivating words do help. They will however not leave their worry as you speak, remember that.. I try a lot to make her smile but that robotic worried expression won't leave her face 😄 sometimes she'll smile a little at my effort... But, she appreciates a lotttttt the futile efforts I put in

And sometimes her irritation and stress is unreasonable.. I ask her "will it help if you worry like this"... She'll say "hmm....ya........" . *silence* 😐 ..

I show her funny stuff or try to be funny... 😐 ..*small smile* ..lost..staring into space. (she has water in her chart)

But the support is very much taken to heart by them. She actually needs it. It will seem the opposite..as if we are talking to a wall.. But its not true.

Much space hurts them.. Be with them - silent or chatty.

Yeah it's nice to have someone understand... they do get super stress out and plan so much ahead. I think the pressure they put on themselves is enormous. I can understand him though. He has a right to be stress out but still... they r so very hard on themselves ... you seem to know very well how to be there.. I know deep down he truly truly appreciate me always asking questions and being there.. but sometimes he's in his own stress world and his own mind kills him silently .. n I feel like talking to a wall... I'm an aqua moon so I'm a lot more light when it comes to stress and worry. In fact I hardly get stress out... lol .. but I worry a lot about him... but also proud and admire his strength at the same time....

Capricorn moon, it's like they have a lack of love, and reassurance.

Give them love by giving them space and telling them it's fine, that it's going to be allright.

Cap moon has been distant for a few days, I asked if they were ok the other day that said they were but I feel like they aren't :/ Don't want to bug them too much but I miss them, My virgo heart keeps feeling like its being rejected but it understands at the same time
