My dad is cancer moon and CRAZY?!

Ok so my dad is born on 29/Nov/1958
He is a sag sun with cancer moon. I need to understand if cancer moons are as crazy as what I'm about to describe?
First of all he swears a lot and he has a horrible bad temper and anything little angers him. He literally needs anger management like so bad. His bad temper pushed him to treat my mom badly and disrespectfully that now after 23 years of being married to my dad, she refuses to speak to him and is asking for divorce. She says she hated him from their first year of marriage and only stayed with him for me and my sis to raise us in a complete family and not have us growing up away from our dad. But she's had enough and I totally undersTand why.
I want to know if this is due to his cancer moon? and if it is, is there a right way to deal with his loud voice and violent anger...like what should I do?

I don't think his temper has to do with just his cancer moon. He also has Mercury conjunct Saturn pretty close in orb, as well as Mars squaring Uranus and opposing Jupiter indicating an explosive temper.

His Cancer moon seems to be aspected pretty nicely. My mom has her Mars squaring her Uranus/Mercury and Venus. She can be a very volatile person.

She hated him from their first year of marriage you say.. srsly how exactly is he suppose to be or feel about that? Especially once the loveless years take their toll?

You think that is crazier than staying with someone you hate for the sake of the kids.. surely that will teach them an important lesson in life!

Advice-wise, there's no way to deal with people like your father. It's best to move out and only call on holidays.

My dad is a taurus sun, aries merc and cancer mooner and he is nothing like that. He is the kindest person I know.

Does he have Scorp Venus? My ex has the same birthday but different year and he has some Scorp placements that make him very scolding. Having a Cancer moon myself I know it can be unstable though.

I had outburst when bibles younger but only because I could explain how I was feeling now I just deal with it and talk to trusted friends

I'm seeing that a lot of people with cancer moons that aren't compatible their suns are not happy campers. They come across angry and bitter with a huge chip on their shoulder. It's ok for them to be extremely disrespectful to people but they turn into the victim real quick if they get a dose of their own medicine.

This was the issue when I was friends with a Scorpio sun/Cancer moon male. For some reason, still very unclear to me, he made assumptions about me and was offended because he felt I was ignoring him during casual events. Me being clueless Aries and often distracted by the slightest things, I simply had no idea he felt that way. He eventually deleted me from his FB, but not without sending me a message first to let me know how he didn't like the stuff I posted on my FB. I just shrugged to myself and let it go.

His behaviour even had some of our mutual Scorpio friends stumped.

Lmao I recently did this to a Gem Sun/ Scorp moon but it was because I was in love with him and he kept addressing me in disrespectful sexual ways after I asked him not to do that. He knew I loved him and that the months we had shared before he disappeared meant a lot to me and when we reconnected everything was perfect until he started contacting me with shit like " I can't stop thinking about you head" instead of sayin hi. He only did this after drinking, but I asked him to stop and he did it way too many times of my liking how dare he cheapen my feelings for him. I told him how I felt and that I was cutting him off and Then I deleted him l. He got pretty pissy with me, was mean but sweet to me it was strange. He said "Your not a bad person I won't have bad thoughts of you later in my life."

I know two Gemini Sun/Cancer Moon, Libra/Cancer Moon, Pisces/Cancer Moon and NONE OF THEM are crazy in a hostile way.

They are all pretty gentle with people. Nurturing to the people they love, and I mean, truly nurturing with affection, time, care and comfort. I know of a Scorpio with Cancer moon before he went to therapy, he allowed a lot of the issues from his childhood affect his marriage and he would say terrible things to his wife. He no longer does this, he realized he needed to face his issues and he is very gentle, now.

I find Cancer Moon men to be quite wonderful!! I'm sorry you're experience is quite the opposite. 😢

I, also, think that it could be the Sag (fire) mixed with the sensitive Cancer (water) emotions..My daughter (Aries) has her Moon in Cancer and I have to talk to her a lot about her feelings ,so she isn't projecting horrible toxic emotion onto everyone when she is feeling unhappy.

Idk, it's just my opinion..

Also, my brother has his Sun in Sag and he is LOUD.. I think most fire Suns are kind of loud. It's hard to get a word in when my family is together b/c my dad and brother are so loud. Sag isn't known for a great filter, they kind of speak without thinking how it comes out or feels receiving it.
