Saw the play a few years back. "For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide/When The Rainbow is Enuf" by playwright Ntozake Shange and it was just awesome. So extremely happy that the incomparable Tyler Perry finally decided to undertake the movie version which he will bring to us on screens Friday, Nov 5, 2010. It's already getting 'Oscar buzz' and just looks so compelling.
