Okay, its near impossible anyone has not heard tone loc at least once! Its a new ring tone right now actually so these lyrics lookin familiar?

Tone-Loc - Wild Thing Lyrics
Let's do it

Workin' all week 9 to 5 for my money
So when the weekend comes I go get live with the honey
Rollin' down the street I saw this girl and she was pumpin'
I winked my eye she got into the ride went to a club was jumpin'
Introduce myself as Loc she said "You're a liar"
I said "I got it goin' on baby doll and I'm on fire"
Took her to the hotel she said "You're the king"
I said "Be my queen if you know what I mean and let us do the wild thing

Wild thing (x2)

Shoppin' at the mall looking for some gear to buy
I saw this girl she cool rocked my world and I had to adjust my fly
She looked at me and smiled and said "You have plans for the night"
I said "Hopefully if things go well I'll be with you tonight"
So we journeyed to her house one thing led to an other
I keyed the door we cold hit the floor looked up and it was her mother
I didn't know what to say I was hanging by a string
She said "Hey you two I was once like you and I liked to do the wild thing"

Wild thing
She loved to do the wild thing
Wild thing
Please baby baby please

Posse in effect hangin' out is always hype
And when me and the crew leave the shindig I want a girl who's just my type
Saw this luscious little frame I ain't lyin' fellas she was fine
The sweet young miss go gave me a kiss and I knew that she was mine
Took her to the limousine still parked outside
I tipped the chauffeur when it was over and I gave her my own ride
Couldn't get her off my jack she was like static cling
But that's what happens when body start slappin' from doin' the wild thing

Wild thing
She wanna do the wild thing
Please baby baby please

Wild thing

Doin' a little show at the local discotheque
This fine youg chick was on my jack so I say what the heck
She want to come on stage and do her little dance
So I said chill for now but maybe later you'll get your chance
So when the show was finished I took her around the way
And what do you know she was good to go without a word to say
We was all alone and she said "Tone let me tell you one thing
I need $ 50 to make you holler I get paid to do the wild thing"

Say what
Yo love you must be kidding
You're walkin' babe
Just break out of here
Hasta la vista baby

Wild thing

You know what...I first wanna thank everyone that is showin love for my man Biggie...he IS and ALWAYS WILL BE THE GREATEST RAPPER OF ALL TIME!! It's real sad that people like branh0913 doesn't understand the greatness of Biggie's lyrics that still fascinates people today, but I have a question to ask...what makes you think that biggie of all rappers would be a has-been if he would still be alive? Rappers and groups like 50 cent and Dem Franchise boys went platinum, and they can't rap and on top of that every single track sounds EXACTLY THE SAME!! Not only did they talk about the same thing, their beats sounded similar to the rest of the beats on every album they made! Biggie rapped to the trashiest beats on his albumns that can't touch beats of today, and still made the track hot! Here's another thing I don't understand either, what do you mean he rapped about the same thing too much? What are you talking about? Please, give me two tracks he recorded that sounded the same! This man went from the club, to the streets, to advice, to life experiences...dammit he even let us know that when he dies, he wants to go to hell! I understand that you are a Big L lover and he is your lyrical god, but please don't falsely critisize Biggie so you can have Big L shine on this board, this isn't the place. In fact, if you want to do that, create your own board and see how many replies you get on him!

You see? I think Nas is garbage, and I personally know a couple people who will hold an argument with you if you say that a rapper is better than Young Jeezy! I ment as in facts about biggie, this guy said big raps about the same thing, which gives me enough information that this guy never listened to Biggie. I respect Tupac, and I listen to him, but I don't he's better than Biggie because Big's punchlines (like Cassidy) are soo good they have me crying in laughter!

Rap isnt only based on the punch lines...to each his own I guess. Young Jeezy, doesnt compare...Thug Motivation was kinda different, but most of those songs talk about the same thing.

Besides what constitutes a good rapper, MTV just released Jay Z as #1 and Tupac as #2, based on his business achievements. I dont agree at all, Jays a good business man not the greatest rapper though.

Yeah, you're right. I also believe that business does not rate how good a rapper you are. Actually, the greatest rappers are unsigned, still out in the streets somewhere! This will always be a debate, because there are a lot of people who think that sells mean something. I understand that rap isn't measured on just punchlines either, but saying something plain isn't going to help any...I like it when a rapper can hit me with a good punchline that makes me think about it to understand.
You love Fleetwood Mac.....

Go and get the "dance" dvd.. out there

Words are normally pathetic in conveying emotion. Hence, the reason for art. To put something a certain way to make another say, "I understand!" Or, "I've felt that way!" To create a commonality, almost like an empahtic rapport; sharing what's inside

I used to be a big fan of Pantera back in the 90's. It is very sad. The guy blamed Darrell for Pantera's breaking up. There are some crazy people in this world! :(

Tears for Fears - Pretty much like all of there songs atleast the ones that I know of, especially Shout and Pale Shelter.

Blondie - One of those groups that have grown on me in the last couple of years by being around others who like them.
