Ahh?
Classic question?.!!

Blues means SOUL and SPIRIT.. White people can only "assume" and "imitate it"?. Who said COPY is the like the ORIGINAL..??

yes, a white boy can - eric clapton ... and this blond youngster, that looks like the boys from hanson and was in the blues brothers 2000 movie, what's his name again—? jonny lang—? quite soul-rocky though!

how about a white girl? joss stone? or would you consider her strictly a classic soul singer? comes quite close to blues though.

Joss Stone is LAME!

The only reason people are so enamoured with her is because she has a fake soul voice. I personally can't stand the broad. Now that one chick that sounds kinda like Nelly Furtado I can't think of her name but she's from Europe...

These words are my own from my heart flows....
I love you, I love you, I love you!

I like her! She's got soul! Also that Anastacia chick. She's cool too, but Joss Stone is a soul imposter!

NATASHA BEDINGFIELD

That's her name...The song I really like is "These Words"

It reminds me so much of me writing in the studio and people never "getting" me or assuming just because they don't understand other people wont.

NATASHA BEDINGFIELD is great! Check out her brother DANIEL BEDINGFIELD!!! EVEN BETTER

"These Words" is a great song, and i like natasha, but she is a poor singer. i heard her once live, wouldn't recommend her! she's lucky to have such an expressive voice and an unique style , her intonation is bad though. they seam to auto-tune a lot in the studio.... still like her....

DANIEL BEDINGFIELD

I gotta get through this!

I love that song! That was my theme song for Mr. Libra! Didn't really hear much else from him. Maybe she was having a bad night? I don't know...that's really the only song I ever heard.

BTW, bedingfields are from new zealand, but i think they live in uk, so they come across as european....

Its strange feeling lizard_scorpio... I was POP fan before them transformed to ROCK fan... now I am in to techno stuff and some Eastern tunes Like "balaba" and "yes I am making computer music too "as hobby" (using Vegas/sound forge/reload and SF dolby digital?) as I have said? It is just experimental and I am in no way as pro as you are.

Again? sorry if I offended you my good man? hope you forgive my idiocy and ignorance.

what you're talking about, offended me? LOL...don't worry!... if it was that easy 😉

glad you're making music. i like it when people have creative hobbies, doesn't have to be music though. lots of other creative stuff around. keeps you from only being a consumer, right?

you would not know the blues if the blues hit you right in the ass, Abert poke said he never heard of Q. Albert knows the blues. He knows the low down , kick them in the ass blues. he played the blues when you were a gleem in your daddys eye. Now go on back to sweeden are where ever you are from and listen to your country men yodel.
