Hey Jake...that was the first song (Lara's Theme) that my Grandma taught me how to play on the piano because it was from her favorite movie. - Beautiful!!! You have great taste 😉
i kinda like dave matthews style when it comes to gushy love songs
juvenile......back that *ss up. (hehe)
i dont know of all her songs but sade's love deluxe album.....u have to f**k to it at least once. i was in my early twenties but i think the words that came out of her mouth were " damn that felt like i was in a movie".
🙂
Hello Everyone.
David Gray, "This Year's Love" is good.
Few people do a love song as good as Prince, but the first song that's coming to mind is,
Jamiroquai : "Spend a Lifetime"
off their Traveling Without Moving album. It's hypnotic. It just draws you out.
VirgoSquared
lady in red. simply wonderful , always make me cry over my former fiance
Immediately "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'" came to mind, which is kind of odd. lol.
I don't think that's my final answer, though. I'm gonna go with "Something (In The Way She Moves") - George Harrison if I'm not mistaken.
Yes. Final answer. And it gets a mention from me because not only are the lyrics moving, but the music they're set to is beautiful. And the crescendos, leading up to the chorus...amazing.
(...and the drumming, leading up to "you're asking me will my love grow...I don't know, I don't know..." And then the crying guitar, very nice, all of it.)
Savage Garden - Truly Madly Deeply
LOVE this song; video makes it even better, and was filmed in old Paris (Sacre-Coeur area)
the cure, lovesong
trigger... i was just friggin getting into this thread to list Lovesong too
LOVE that SONG!
and i really like 311's version of it as well.
The One That You Love by Air Supply.
I like Yankee Bayonet by The Decemberists and The Same Fire by Bishop Allen.
My Heart Will Go On - Celine Dion *Too beautiful, gives me the chills.. 'who cares if it was overplayed, i think people are smarter than that. No one can sing this one like celine, she ownzz it. Movie was awesome too!!! 5 starz
right now its...
