Can piscean fall in love at first sight?

Few months ago , i almost ran into a guy from my school, i was pissed so i wanted him to give me a side but he refused to move from there.After a few days, at school i saw him near the water cooler he then also stood in the way frozen staring at me.Then we met again and again,i always noticed him staring at me.Then the eighth time i was in conversation with my friend,i looked at him and saw him smiling.I made a weird face and looked away.Once when we're in our lab he was continuously tilting back and looking giving short glances,as i was talking to him.i think hes cute but idk wether he likes me or not and he also stood outside the class with his friends until i came out.I wanna know wether he has fallen for me has a crush on me?

If he's tilting back and forward on his chair whilst staring at you I would say he's unaware of how potentially unnerving some might find that? 🙂
Though maybe not..

It might not be a crush.
Or that he has fallen for you.
It could be he's fantasising or fixated - not always good.
Or maybe he's just introverted.
Hes a young guy - we're not exactly highly developed at that age.

Find out:
Who his last crush was (sorry), and what happened.
If he has close friends or not or why not
Why he's so slow to speak - is he playing around for example?
what he's like with parents/animals/friends/interests

Don't let your ego be swept off your feet just because He - notices You.
Lots of people will be noticing you I'm sure.
Ask yourself who you'd find interesting if he wasn't around?
Put yourself in control of this. Be assertive.
And maybe his chart would help too, yeah?

if you're gonna meet him, meet him with a friend.
You shouldn't have to figure guys out alone.
