Pisces and Narcissist Personality Disorder

I dont mean to give Pisces people a bad name, but all the Pisces woman in my life have the exact same traits as someone with Narcissist Personality Disorder. It seems that this disorder is caused from severe abuse as a child but I know pisces that had a great childhood and acted this way.

cant take criticism
ignores others feelings
lives in a fantasy world
horrible with their finances
strings along romantic partners
looking for loopholes to scheme
addicted to drugs or alcohol

I know 2 Pisces and they are a couple! It's so bad right now... The female is very moody and if you ask if she is okay.. her face doesn't change at all and she just says "yeah". She can be chatty and happy but its rare. I don't know about her past, she has a little baby but works full time and any chance she gets she would rather go out drinking and leave baby at home with Dad or whoever else can take her.. She has cheated on him a couple of times as far as im aware (the 3 months I have known her)and she is really horrible to him. He takes drugs well smokes.... but he has quit to try and makes things better for her, he is quite clingy and jealous.. showers her overbearingly with gifts, poems and all sorts almost daily.. but she shows no appreciation what so ever and calls him a good for nothing but she uses him and keeps him close because she doesn't want to be alone. 2 nice people who i get on well with but its a terrible relationship. My 2 year old son is a Pisces and I do hope I can help him be the best he can be!

to be fair, I only know extroverted pisces women that act this way. maybe introverted pisces are different?

My uncle is a Pisces and he's a extreme horrible narcissist.. Because of traumatic experience.

But I think it's indeed common for Pisces.

please explain how NPD is not like the typical piscean traits. please dont write me off like i dont know what im talking about. ive watched 100s of hours of NPD videos and experiences myself.

Oh yes. They also enjoy bathing in blood and praying to Satan and eating people. Come on OP. I highly doubt many of them even have NPD. Reaffirm your claim or find something else.

I feel like Sagittarius or gemini men have more in common with someone with NPD more so than a pisces women.

I do agree with the "terrible spending habits" as well as "living the fantasy world" characteristics that you listed but not so much with the others ones.
To your credit I have heard about one piscean women who is similar to the woman you described in your post though I don't know her personally.
She probably has an or close to an identical chart.

I think you have to look at other characteristics in their chart for more of an accurate indicator of behavior. For example a pisces woman with a gemini moon like my mom for example might be more prone to exhibit some of the characteristics you outlined, such as the terrible spending habits , however one of my best friends, who is a pisces sun with a lot of capricorn in her chart is one of the most financially responsible people I've ever met so.

Some of this stuff is truth about me, and half of it is absolutely not, could be other placements, my upbringing or whatever.

I am Sag with Moon in Pisces. My student's mother is a Pisces. One day we sat in the kitchen and laughed at people who love to correct us, or critisize our ways.

I'm also a Cat in chinese horoscope which is linked to Pisces in Indian zodiac.

BTW what kind of personality disorder do the permanent critics have?

If I land on a lonely island I can survive without the critics. So what is the evolutional value of the critics once again? That reminds me of how people find other cultures to be primitive and don't see that whatever is primitive, it is still working for them.

Very wise words. You've just made clear what I'm thinking about a lot.

None of the Pisces women I know fit this mold and I know a lot of them and get on really well with them. Sounds like you're either attracting damaged souls-and they come in all zodiac signs-or you are projecting a whole lot of negativity on to them. Truth of the matter. Most every negative point you raise above can and will apply to every human being at some point in their checkered lives and we've all been guilty of being selfish and entitled. Some people either learn from the consequences of their selfish behavior or the keep repeating the same misery. I think you have some unresolved bad feelings for a person or two you knew who you felt screwed you over. But be careful of painting everyone with the same brush. There's good and bad in everyone. Deal with it.

strings along romantic partners - I had done this to a guy or two when I was younger and was still to scared to be honest.I grew out of that.

looking for loopholes to scheme - Depends on what you are talking about. I will find loopholes, in laws, in rules at work, in the attendance policy at work, etc., lol. Whatever may benefit me or others.

addicted to drugs or alcohol - Entirely drug free, drink on occasion with friends. I am not addicted to anything. Maybe video games at one point but not now.

Your view, however wrong it may describe me, describes my Pisces sister entirely, every point fits her perfect.

Some of them are sort of that way, some of them aren't. In some places most of them are like that. But it's not quite NPD, it's like they were somewhat deficient in pretty much everything, but not completely lacking. There simply isn't a single category to put them into.

Overall I'm not sure at all that they experience emotions the same way that other people do. It's like their emotions were sort of outside of them. So they basically have no empathy and conscience towards others, even though they can more or less feel the emotions of others through their own.

I percieve my emotions to be a part of me, but to them it's like emotions were a part of the outside world. They seem to be empaths, but disconnected empaths.

And many Pisceans are normal. Seems like a sign with at least two very distinct types of people. Instead of acknowledging that, whenever you criticize the "bad" type, the "good" type will get offended too. I don't know why.

I am a Pisces and constantly try to figure myself out, it is a never ending process.
We truly are in this world but not of it, well, i think i am anyway lol

very insightful understanding of the neptune energy. i exam and question my strong neptune influence a lot because i certainly can be a disconnected empath and i feel guilty about it sometimes.

I disagree with all of it. Ya'll are crazy everyone has there flaws but I don't know a lot of Pisces like this I guess it depends on your upbringing and. My mother made me start working since I was 14 so I learned professionalism at an early age and have always had a job since. Start working in the Government when I was 17 and am now in my 30's, I don't feel entitled, I don't ignore my feeling even when I don't act on them. I am not terrible with my finance but have had some financial issues long the way but who don't at some point in their life i think it all depends on your habits. Don't string people along in relationship and I am very honest about my feelings. When I was a young Pisces in my 20's was very happy, confident, social, and outgoing not sure who you are meeting but if you are the smartest person in your circle them you need some new friends. We are not perfect but show me one person that is. Drugs many signs take and have used drugs and many people use drug to cope it will always be a mind over matter situation.

I think you don't know what you are talking about.

These are the main traits of NPD.....sounds more like a Leo to me:

Having an exaggerated sense of self-importance

Expecting to be recognized as superior even without achievements that warrant it

Exaggerating your achievements and talents

Being preoccupied with fantasies about success, power, brilliance, beauty or the perfect mate

Believing that you are superior and can only be understood by or associate with equally special people

Requiring constant admiration

Having a sense of entitlement

Expecting special favors and unquestioning compliance with your expectations

Taking advantage of others to get what you want

Having an inability or unwillingness to recognize the needs and feelings of others

Being envious of others and believing others envy you

Behaving in an arrogant or haughty manner

Everyone in the zodiac is prone to those traits.

I survived a Pisces guy with those traits, Leo woman, Libra guy, Aquarius girl. No sign is immune therefore it's an environment issue mostly.

Umm truthfully criticism is probably the only thing that stands out from this to me .This Pisces is not good at criticism sometimes the way a person says it ,feels like an attack
